Fishing Report for Jan 2-3, 2020
The Hensons of Texas come over from their place in Quepos Costa Rica to experience the world class sport fishing in Buena Vista Guatemala. There were not disappointed.
On day 1 they had 28 sail fish raises 24 bites and 20 sailfish releases. The also landed a 30 pound dorado for dinner. All of this action took place in only 6 hours of fishing and included several doubles and a triple.
Day 2 saw them releasing 7 sails and picking up 4 very nice dorado on 3 hours of fishing before heading to the dock for our driver to take them northward to visit the historic and beautiful Antigua.
It was a pleasure having the Hensons with their boat & crew of the "Spit Or Swallow" Viking at Mad Marlin Sportfishing Lodge.
